@thesourdoughmama: Sourdough on the grill during Hurricane Hillary 😳 Right when I was preheating my oven for my bake, the power went out. Which is ridiculous because it was barely a drizzle (we were lucky it was just more of a storm) but it gave me the chance to try out baking method I hadn’t before- a loaf on the grill-and it WORKED! I give you my coal fired sourdough! 😂 I kept my method the same and just made sure to rotate the bread around a lot inside the chamber so it wouldn’t get uneven heat.
