One you tighten the second strap the ratchet strap lost some of its pull. Do it with torque strap 1st

do the tordo the tork strap first then the ratchet. doing the ratchet first allows the tork strap to get tight easier

they don’t hold if there is a shift and they slowly let go they have there place but it’s a ratchet strap replacement.
