Teaming up- Not facing adversity people want to win and the expense of development. Park to Park high School to High School. Sometimes you can't just jump to the team that is winning, you have to stick it out and fight through that situation. 3. Choosing the wrong schools - MOST students choose the wrong college from the beginning and this will alter their life. People are chasing logo instead of the school that fits them on and off the field. I have been around a lot of kids and most of them never realize the opportunity they lost until it's too late. I see it all the time. From High School to College to the NFL.. Most students don't even make it to the payday of the NFL. They wind up transferring multiple times and figure out real fast that everyone is great in college. Transferring really is not the issue, it's transferring too soon without working for a spot. Worse than that is transferring without graduating! Kids get so clouded with going to the NFL, or playing time that they lose sight of the #1 thing.
