I make the same recipe, but I add a cup of Greek yogurt, mushrooms and green onions or whatever "toppings" I have. Any omlette ingredients work well.

just made these and they turned out great just like starbucks exept I think next time I will do 1/2 tsp of pepper instead of 1 tsp. It was a little more peppery tasting then I would like it to be.
