As pointed out in a Reddit post, “There's not a shred of evidence on the internet that this band has ever existed" All the “band photos” look AI, the bio sounds like it was written by ChatGPT (with a fake quote from Billboard), the album art that looks like slop, and the title of the top track “Dust on the Wind” sounds oddly close to the Kansas hit. Deezer has also labeled the tracks as possibly being created using artificial intelligence. The band’s music has been added to what appear to be botted playlists which is gaining them so many streams and consequently making them show up on people’s “Discover Weekly” playlists. It’s POSSIBLE there are real people making this music and this is all a marketing stunt/aesthetic choice, but what do you think? I hate to even use this band’s music in the post and contribute to the possible sham, but have a listen. #rock
