@glownrg: Lay on stomach•Press body parts that touch the ground down•Align shoulders over elbows•Stretch shoulders a part to widen chest area, push sternum(mid chest area) forward to lengthen spine then up lifting chest& top of head up toward the sky• Hold continuously pressing & lifting mentioned areas for 3-5 breaths •Relax and repeat 3-5X to a calm breathing pattern.
