@remibader: Made @Kit Keenan egg salad recipe which she made WAY better than I did since I did it a little messy and didn't measure lol but putting her correct recipe below! Ingredients: - 6 eggs - 1 cup cottage cheese (I like whipped cottage cheese personally) - 2 TBSP fresh dill - 1 TBSP chives - 2 TBSP Dijon mustard - 2 TBSP chopped bread and butter pickles or relish - 1/2 tsp garlic powder - Salt and pepper to taste Directions: 1. Hard boil eggs for 8 minutes 2. Remove and place in a ice bath to soak 3. Peel and separate egg yolk and whites 4. To the egg yolk, add cottage cheese, chives, dill, mustard, pickles,garlic powder, salt and pepper 5. Combine well with a fork until a smooth consistency is achieved 6. Chop egg whites into bite sized pieces and fold into the yolk mixture 7. Enjoy with tortilla chips, in wraps, on sandwiches etc
