Dispatcher is doing everything right. She is asking relevant questions while simultaneously keeping her awake and focused on her to keep her from further becoming a victim. Stop criticizing the people there to help especially when you don’t have the stomach or personality to deal with the trauma these dispatchers and first responders do every single day they show up ready to help others.
