Day 1 Squat (8-10 rep) Dumbbell Press (8-10 rep) Lat Pull Down (8-10 rep) Hamstring Curl (10-12 rep) Spider Curl (8-10 rep) Calves (10-12 rep) Day 2 Hack Squat (8-10 rep) Incline Press (8-10 rep) Dumbbell Row (8-10 rep) Dips (10-12 rep) Glute Bridge / Thrust (8-10 rep) Shoulder Press (10-12 rep) For warm up, 5-10 min of cardio like stairmaster or elliptical. All exercises first warm up set with 40% of max, second set with 55-65%, then onto the two top sets with working weight. #workoutplan #bodybuilding #getfit
