So make the most of it with me and make these scones :) I discovered my new scone recipe—these were SO fluffy and delicious…almost like a mix between a scone and biscuit, you have to try😫 Recipe - First, grab a mixing bowl and whisk together 1 cup of flour, 2 tbsp of sugar, 1/2 tbsp of baking powder, 1/4 tsp of salt + cinnamon. - Then, cube 5 tbsp of cold butter and add to the bowl. Mix in using your hands until you have a crumbly dough. - Pour in 1/2 cup of milk and stir until a dough forms. - Form the dough into a circular shape that’s about 1 inch thick. Cut into 6 scones. - Transfer to a lined baking sheet and pop in the freezer for 10 minutes while your oven preheats to 400. - Bake for 18-22 mins, or until they start to get a little golden brown. - While they’re baking, mix together the lemon glaze—3 tbsp of powdered sugar, 1 tbsp of milk, and the juice of 1/2 a lemon. - Let the scones cool and then top with the glaze 😚🤌 #seasonalrecipes #thefeedfeed #bakingrecipes
