@nurhkasim: Long time no see🍊 went foraging, found blackberries, ate some and used the rest for pancakes. Its an old(er) recipe of mine, but here it is Fluffy buttermilk pancakes - makes 7-9 Ingredients 1 egg 250 g buttermilk (i was out, so i used 200 g peach yogurt + 50 g water instead) 1-2 tsp vanilla 1 tsp lemon zest 25 g sugar (2 tbsp) 150 g flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt Method 1. Whisk egg, buttermilk, sugar, lemon zest and vanilla together. 2. Whisk flour, baking soda and salt together. 3. Whisk the wet ingredients with the dry. Dont overmix- stop whisking as soon as you don’t see dry flour. Lumps are okay. 4. Let the batter chill on the counter for 15 minutes. 5. Cook with a little oil on medium-high heat for about 30 seconds to a minute on the first side (until golden) then flip it and finish cooking on medium heat on the other side. Note: I’ve found that cooking the pancakes on a medium-high heat on the first side for a shorter period of time, then flipping and cooking on medium heat for a bit longer helps make the pancakes rise a lottt. #fyp #foryou #pancakes #fluffypancakes #breakfast #Recipe #brunch #EasyRecipe #blueberries #Summer #foraging #blackberries
