Went to Santorini in the summer of 2021, still Covid times with very few tourists. It was amazing! And cheap :) and we could enjoy spots alone.

Santorini is like that only at 2 places. OIA during sunset, and the port whenever a ship arrives. (and that's only for 3-4 months of the year)
