The wellness competitors used bands to warm up lower body! 3 SL LANDMINE RDLS A landmine is found in the corner of most racks. If you have a busy gym these come in clutch! 4 BENCH ASSIST RDLS Having the nonworking leg on the bench helps my mind muscle connection. This is also for beginners trying out single leg movements. 5 SL DB RDL This is a little more advanced, if you have troubke balancing like me, park next to something you cna hold onto.
