@bitesbymia: apple pie oats 😮‍💨😮‍💨 boil 2/3 cup water or milk. add in 1/3 cup oats and let sit until thickened. add in 1 chopped apple (i saved some for the topping), sf maple syrup, and cinnamon. continue cooking. take off the heat and mix in 1 scoop of your protein powder + more water. to make the apple topping, add sf maple syrup, apples, and cinnamon to a pot. cook until the apples have softened. i topped my oatmeal with the apples, greek yogurt, and peanut butter :) #healthyrecipe #highproteinrecipe #healthybreakfast #FoodTok #fallrecipes #applepierecipe
