@thejosephabell: Galaxy Quesadilla 🪐💜 (FULL RECIPE & MACROS BELOW) ⬇️ Ingredients Avocado oil Salt & pepper Paprika Garlic Chili lime seasoning Purple cauliflower Red onion Low-carb tortilla Vegan or non-vegan cheese Directions Dice purple cauliflower and a red onion. You’ll use about 1/4 of each. Season with oil, salt & pepper, paprika, garlic, and chili lime seasoning. Now cook in a pan until cauliflower is crispy and onions are soft. Place a low-carb tortilla in the same pan and add your cheese, cauliflower and red onion. Lay another tortilla on top and press, then pan cover with lid and cook on medium to low heat until tortilla has nice sear. Flip and repeat (you know how quesadillas work 😉) Slice and enjoy!
