tip. observe mess, dont judge yourself of making it and try not to think it harder. observe, think logically without emotions how to clean it, then do

I realize this is weird, but one thing I do that helps me see my home through the observation lens is taking a picture of the space before I clean it.

you are correct! as as house cleaner myself, Cleaning someone else's house is easy. cleaning my house is so disappointing.
