Knead for 10 minutes. Cover the dough and let it rise.   Wash and cut the chicken breast into flat pieces. Put the buttermilk together with the egg, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika powder, cayenne pepper and chili sauce in a bowl. Mix well. Add the chicken and cover it. Put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Scoop out 50 ml of the mixture and set it aside.   Put the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and mixture in another bowl. Crumble with your hands.   Coat the chicken with the flour mixture. Put the chicken on a sheet of baking paper.   Divide the dough into 20 equal pieces (37 g each). Take a ball of dough and flatten it to a size of 7.5 cm. Let the dough rise.   Cut the cucumber into small pieces. Grate the carrot, pickles, and yellow onion. Put the mayonnaise,  cream cheese, corn, cucumber, carrot, yellow onion, and pickles in a bowl and mix.   Heat a pan with a thick bottom over medium heat. Fry the buns on both sides until golden brown and cover them with a kitchen towel.   Heat a layer of sunflower oil in a frying pan over medium heat (170 °C). Fry the chicken until crispy and golden brown.   STICKY SAUCE Put the chili sauce, honey, samurai sauce, and sambal in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until smooth. Coat the burgers with the sauce.
