Inspired by: @Lori Castellon Ingredients: 16oz cream cheese, room temperature 1 T minced chive 1 T minced parsley 1 T minced Dill 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder 5 Panino rolls 2 Prosciutto wrapped mozarella rolls 5 slices prosciutto Red onion Directions: To a bowl, combine cream cheese with herbs and spices. Lay a sheet of parchment paper down, trace out your hand and lower arm then place another sheet of parchment on top Lay down panino rolls to match with your finger tracings and two prosciutto wrapped mozzarella rolls to match your arm Add in your herbed cream cheese to fill in the gap between the fingers and the arm and also between to two larger logs. Smooth out to correct any imperfections. Place prosciutto slices over covering all cream cheese including in between the fingers. Cut red onions as the shape of nails and secure on with more cream cheese. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 4 hours to allow the cream cheese to firm. Once firm remove parchemnt and transfer to your presentation platter Make a few slices off the arm and slice hand in half to reveal the dip inside. Enjoy! #halloweenfood #halloweeninspo
