🙏thank you... i just turned 40 2yrs ago had a 14cm cyst and left ovary and tube removed.. heavy bleeding and today I was just told blood work shows pcos and pre diabetes.. i want to heal. 🙏

My biggest problem with PCOS is the extreme fatigue. Do you have advice to help? Trying to add all the activities hasn't been possible because of it.

my Dr told me I had PCOS when I was 16, that I'd prob never be able to have kids, and then just left the room. I didn't have a parent with me either
