Ingredients - 300g diced good quality beef (I used wagyu ribeye, but fillet or sirloin is probably better suited) - 1 asian pear, cut into matchsticks - 1 spring onion, finely diced - 2 cloves garlic, finely diced - 1 tbsp white sesame seeds - 1 tsp sesame oil - 1 tbsp soy sauce - 1 tsp honey - small pinch of sea salt Method 1. Simply make a dressing out of the spring onion, garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds, soy, honey and salt. 2. Then dress the diced beef and serve it on a bed of the pear.
