Brown turkey with cumin and oregano. Stir in tomato sauce and diced potato; simmer covered 15–20 min until potatoes are tender. Fold in chopped olives and a few raisins; simmer 2 min. Portion for the week. Optional: serve over rice or with warm tortillas. Save this plan, prep on Sunday, and tag me when you plate it!
