@meggrowsplants: Cantaloupe supremacy! I’m so glad I focused on growing more cantaloupe this year instead of watermelon. Cantaloupes are sweet and ripe every time! And they’re so amazing in this simple, light, refreshing melon salad. All you do to make it is cube up your favorite melon (you can use watermelon instead if you went the more difficult route and grew watermelon 😜), chop up some cherry tomatoes, thinly slice some red onion, drizzle with olive oil, crumble some feta cheese, and top with some ribboned mint.
