@join_jules: It’s Friday aka time for a margarita, a Coconut & Passion Fruit Margarita My passion fruits are FINALLY starting to fall off their vines and I can now start incorporating our fresh passion fruit in liquid form. I know we are heading into fall sips season but it’s hot out here & im still not ready to fully let go of summer, okay? Let’s make this at home: 2 oz Mezcal, I used the @traderjoes Mezcal 1 oz coconut milk, I used the @thaikitchen coconut milk 3/4 oz passion fruit liqueur, obvi @chinola 3/4 oz fresh lime juice 1/2 oz agave syrup, I used @wholesomesweet 1/2 passion fruit pulp Add to a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake. Double strain into a glass with a spicy salt rim and filled with ice. Garnish with fresh mint and the other half of the passion fruit.
