Its Remoulade :). In the Danish version the base is mayonaise. Then we add pickles and/or carrot, capers and pickles cucumber 1/2.

When we order grilled chicken w. fries, you will basically always get it with remoulade also. Very good for chicken or for fish filet on rye bread!
