@the.mama.coach: Pumping is a huge job, and it is important to find time hacks to make this process a little easier. Many mamas wonder if they can pour milk from each pumping session into a container in the fridge and freeze it when they have enough for a full feed. The answer is no, because of the risk of bacteria. Pouring fresh expressed breastmilk into already cooled milk introduces the risk of bacteria growth. Best practice will be to put the container of fresh breast milk into the fridge, and once cooled, you can go ahead and combine it. Just make sure you combine and freeze every 24 hours. Ask me all your pumping and storage questions below! As always, I am sending you so much love and support. You are exactly what your baby needs, even on days it doesn’t feel like it. #fedisbest #newmama #pumpingmom #pumpingmama #exclusivepumping #breastmilk #postpartum #exclusivepumping #pumpingmom #pumpingmama #formula #formulamom #formulamoms #formulafed #formulafeeding
