There’s a religious family in my hometown that “homeschools” their 8 kids. Weird how that seems to mean work at the family bakery for 8 hours a day

As a teacher, when the parents realize they can’t homeschool after a year or two, the kids come back and are sooo behind.

Not in KY. In KY you just have to tell district what curriculum you’re using and no more questions asked. It’s an absolute mess! Lots of neglect pt1

Not all states require any of that.. and yes thats dangerous. As a homeschool mom lots of ppl ask advice and I tell them... its not for everyone 😅
