Very sad. No joke. A lot of verbal abuse in many of my hockey buddies. Even saying my kid was too small, too weak, too dumb, no hockey sense etc

Tragic story. We all share the responsibility to do whatever necessary to prevent and/or report abuse of any type in any enbironment.

Perhaps minor hockey failed Patrick, but it is not reasonable to expect any school, team or association to prevent abuse at the hands of a parent.
