Who lets them get in that state, if they're dusted often enough that's all it takes to keep them like new but cheap ones are crap

Those plastic blinds I would buy new but to clean spray them down with cleaner soak in tub spray them off let dry and put back up.

VERY SIMPLE WATER AND DETERGENT THEY WILL COME OUT LIKE NEW THEN RINSE VERY WELL ,USE SOFT SPONGE ,EXCEPT THE PART WHICH IS HANGING UP TGAT DOESN'T NEED WATER JUST WET CLOT, GOOD LUCK
