@natalieyospina: Chocolate & Coffee Bundt Cake For a special Sunday Brunch Dessert 🍫🍰 Ingredients for the cake: -360 g brown sugar -230 ml sunflower oil -4 eggs Medium -3 tablespoons molasses or cane honey -300 ml cream -360 g wheat flour -90 g unsweetened cocoa powder -200 ml very hot coffee -3 tsp vanilla -2.5 tsp baking powder 1.Preheat the oven to 180º. 2. Start by beating the eggs together with the brown sugar until you obtain a fluffy mixture. 3. Add the oil and mix on low speed. 4. Add the molasses and vanilla. Stir again. 5. Add the cream and continue beating. 6. Add the flour with the cocoa powder and baking powder, previously sifted together. 7. Add the very hot coffee, being careful not to burn yourself when whisking, as it may splash. 8. Prepare the mould with release spray, pour the batter into it and bake for approximately 45 minutes.
