Pumpkin Bread Recipe🍂 1 3/4 cups (219g) all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking soda 2 tsp cinnamon Pinch of nutmeg, cloves & ginger 3/4 tsp salt 2 eggs 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar 3/4 cup (150g) brown sugar 1 1/2 cups (340g) pumpkin puree 1/2 cup (120ml) vegetable oil 1/4 cup (60ml) orange juice 2/3 cup chocolate chips For the icing drizzle: Mix 3 tbsp icing sugar with a pinch of all the spices Baking Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 170’ (fan) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan 2. Mix dry & wet ingredients separately, then fold together (there will be a few small lumps, don’t over mix), add in chocolate chips & mix again 3. Bake 60–65 mins, covering with foil halfway to prevent over browning the top 4. Cool, drizzle icing, and slice. 5. Enjoy for up to a week! #sundayreset #CleanTok #pumpkinbread #cleanwithme #foryou
