MrWollas Heightmaxxing Motivation: If I of all people could do it, then so can you, and the Job’s not finished, 6ft2 is the next goal. And by the way,my parents are around 5ft/5ft1 and 5ft3, so genetically speaking, I was probably expected to be somewhere around 5ft5 to 5ft7 max. I was already more than satisfied with my height, especially after my second growth spurt at 17, when I went from 5ft7 to around 5ft9/5ft10 by 18 anything that i’ve gained since then for me is and was just a plus. Which is exactly the point for me: why stop at satisfied when you can be even more satisfied? XD That’s why I spent the last few years researching and trying to figure something out. Eventually, once I had enough pieces together, I started this little experiment, It was never about insecurity. It was curiosity, fun, and seeing what was and could be possible for me :) And to anyone new here, this is not bone growth or limb-lengthening jargon. The idea is intradiscal manipulation: using mechanobiology to improve disc hydration, decompression tolerance, and the way your spine handles daily compression over time. Look up Davis’ Law and the Physical Stress Theory. Early on, the biggest win is recompression tolerance. Your discs and soft tissues get better at handling daily compression, so you stop bleeding height throughout the day and start reclaiming what poor sleep, posture, and habits were taking from you. Then, once you build that “hold,” the decompression work starts to stick. You’re not just getting taller for an hour. You’re gradually shifting what your spine treats as normal, so your baseline can creep up instead of snapping straight back. Anyways, I can’t be bothered to write another essay lol, so go to my YouTube and scroll through my heightmaxxing playlist. The routine, research breakdown, and essentials are all in there. For the deeper stuff, join my Skool or check out my coaching and programs. All links are in bio. Ciao ciao :)
