@khadajeee: Bantu Knots are always a fave for me when it comes to protective style because once done correctly, it protects your ends. I also decided to try a new method by actually creating a knot! This took me an hour to do and here’s how I did it - My hair isn’t freshly washed, I just took it out of two plaits I had for a few days. - Once I created my parts, I sprayed water to hydrate my hair and massaged it in. - I didn’t apply any product because my hair already had products I applied a few days ago and I didn’t want product build up - I created a loose twists and then made a loose knot leaving the ends of my hair out of the knot - Then I tucked in the end of my hair under the knot - This way, it’ll be easy to unravel the knot when I’m ready to wash my hair. All I have to do is pull the end of my hair and the knot will unravel - And that’s it! I love how versatile Bantu knots can be as well. You can dress it up, dress it down, wear it to work, an event and you can also unravel it to have curls….
