@thelocalproject: Wanting to keep Woollahra Hotel’s traditional character, Richards Stanisich employed a material palette that would sit comfortably within a historic pub yet still imbue a contemporary feel. To achieve this, the team used bulletproof-like surfaces, including tiles that could be washed out, polished timbers and lighting choices that reference the art deco era of Australian pubs.
