I've been given everol sequi today is it correct to be on this one if I've not a period for 8 months or should I wait 3 months to see if I do get a period before the 12 months as I might need just the conti ones instead

I never take mine out the box, I would get mixed up. Just start from the front and work back , don’t take much notice. I’m Tue and Fri

so it's the Evorel50 for two weeks, then change to conti for two weeks then back to Evorel50 and keep changing over every 2 weeks. Thankyou. just started and confusing 😭

Well I’ve just started today my 1st patch came off after my bath !! Came on here to see if there was any advice I’ve learnt more from this video &comments as I was so confused,not had a period for ruffle 4 years suffer Awful joint pain so my friend advice me to try hrt .. hope it helps good luck sisters thank for advice

Thank u for this. I was just putting patches on in my days. Didn’t realise the box contained 2 sorts . No wonder hormones up/down 🤦♀️

Those ones gave me periods . Never had a period since I was 35 when my menopause started which was early. Now I’m 57 . Plus bad headaches 🥰
