Love the suburban perspective! There are lots of SM accts of Brits comparing things in the US w/ those in England, but almost always focused on things/life in American cities. Like everywhere, there’s a huge divide between metropolitan cities & suburbia. I’m an American who grew up in the latter, but have lived in NYC for the last 24 yrs. And spent a year living in Bristol England.
