Here’s some pulled pork I turned into pulled pork sandwiches! The pork you can do in your smoker or oven! This one I trimmed, scored the top fat, seasoned and smoked for around 3 hours at 135c. Once I was happy with the colour, I wrapped the pork in foil with a splash of apple juice and kept cooking it until tender, which took around 2 more hours! Then I let it rest for 1 hour before pulling apart. This pork butt was around 2.5kg, so if you are using a larger piece it will take longer. Here’s the coleslaw recipe below: - 2 grated carrots - 1/4 each of purple and green cabbage finely chopped - 2tbs finely chopped parsley - 3tbs whole egg mayonnaise - Juice of 1/2 a lemon - Pinch of cracked black pepper Serve the pork and coleslaw in your favourite bun with some bbq sauce and enjoy! #Recipe #pulledpork #cooking #howto
