@sezzy.brown: My favourite healthy high protein dinner. This is the best way to cook chicken! I basically had to re-learn how to cook meat again after 6 years of being vegan. Being a recipe developer I experimented a lot with chicken over the last 8 months, its so important to only just cook it enough so its nice a juicy and tender. I love this chicken recipe because the skin gets sooo crispy and literally just salt and pepper makes it taste insane! The whole dish is super flavourful but make so simply. I love easy, simple weeknight dinner recipes and chicken with roasted veggies is perfect for that.
