I found out that my favorites have to ✨emerge✨ over time. so I listen to all kinds of stuff for example (usually individual songs and not artist) and have phases but over several years I noticed that I will return to ABBA, Celine Dion, etc disproportionately... but I won't notice it until it becomes a pattern. so it's like a quiet favorite rather than a loud favorite if that makes sense
