@thebarefootsprinter: I wasn’t always The Barefoot Sprinter. Though I ran track and cross country for over 7 years, I wasn’t taught much about how to run. And definitely didn’t learn how to sprint. But sprinting is important - it’s a basic human movement. When our body is working right, we sprint well. Unfortunately, most people never sprint after the age of 30. And then their body gets stiff and weak. But the good news is that you can change your body and unlock your athletic ability. Trust me, none of this stuff was natural for me. And because I didn’t know what I was doing, I had a lot of hiccups along the way. My sprinting transformed over 10 years… I learned from world class coaches. Stopped training like a meathead. And began to work on my fascial tissue. You can see the results. I’ve still got work to do, but I’m proud of my progress. As my sprinting has improved, so many other areas of my body have as well.
