Once you get the stains out, look for a local company that refinishes tubs and sinks - they can reglaze them (I think that’s the right term?)

Iron out is good for the rust stains. ZEP makes an acidic toilet bowl cleaner that will make the toilet look like new.

that little slit in the back of the cabinet is an old razor dispenser! sadly they aren't really "gone", they're just dumped in the bottom of the house
