So I got mine and it isn’t a touch less. FYI. It worked and got the little dust off like any other wheel cleaner. I still had to use my wheel brush!

You can’t say it’s better in the foam cannon. Dilution ratio changes from Bottle. Also a product that strong should not be sprayed in any painted panl
