hey! get some tea tree essential oil, drop some on a q-tip or apply straight to the elastic. they will dissolve and pop on their own :)

You can use a hair curler to heat up the rubber bands and they will come out by themselves

if you flat iron them they break and come out it’s way easier

You can use lemon essence oil to break them so it doesn’t hurt or pull your hair

for anyone who doesn't plan on reusing them but doesn't want to use scissors; you can use a hair straightner or curler and parchment paper or a napkin
