@emilyscooking_: CHEESE TWISTS 🧀 This has to be one of my favourite things to get at Sainsbury's or Lidl bakery! You can mix this up and add pesto, tomato sauce, make it sweet, make them small or big! Ingredients 1 sheet puff pastry 2 eggs, beaten 2tsp dijon mustard Lots of grated cheddar and parmesan Salt and pepper Garlic powder and mixed herbs, optional* Method • Mix mustard, salt and pepper with the eggs, add garlic and mixed herbs for extra flavour. • Brush onto the puff pastry, save some to brush on the cheese twists just before baking. • Sprinkle on the grated cheddar and parmesan. • Fold, flatten and cut into strips as shown in the reel, then twist. I made 5 but I should have made 6 or 7 because they were bigger than what I expected • Brush on some more egg wash on each of them. • Follow cooking guidelines on puff pastry packaging or cooking for about 15-20minutes until golden!
