Not all traits are negative, sometimes neurodivergent people have other skills or specific things that we find can be both helpful in our personal or professional life 🙂. I got hired for a very specific job at the airport because of my skill with pattern recognition and eye for detail along with hyperfocus, it’s important to highlight that even with deficits in some areas, one can sometimes still shine in others 🙂👍.
