Just do this: Leg Extension + Sissy Squat variation + Squat or Leg Press Variation(s) For the Squat/Leg Press, the best is probably a Pendulum Squat because it tensions the full range of motion. If you don’t have a Pendulum Squat, a Hack Squat + a Quad Focused Leg Press will work great. The Hack will tension the bottom-range more, and the Leg Press will tension more of the mid-range. Both of them together can stimulate the Quads similarly to a Pendulum Squat Machine Just avoid doing exercises that do the EXACT same thing for the Quads in the same workout.
