@that.urbanmom: 📌 𝐊𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐯𝐢 📌 It’s perfect for light dinner or just a snack/side dish. While making Khandvi, ratio of flour and buttermilk is very important. Ingredients: - 1 cup super fine besan - 2.5 cups Sour Buttermilk - Small piece of ginger - 2 green chilly - 1/2 tsp Sugar - 1/2 tsp turmeric powder - Salt To temper - 1 tbsp oil - 1 tsp mustard seed - 1 tsp sesame seeds Cilantro for garnish Process: - mix all ingredients and blend at high speed - Cook while continuously stirring for about 10-12 min - Spread mixture on steel plate or on counter top. Spread it thin - Let it sit for 5/6 min - Cut, roll, add tempering and enjoy Tips: - ��Put the mixture in a cold pot, else the mixture will get lumps. - ��You need to constantly stir it. - ��Make sure you spread the khandvi base while it is still hot else it will be impossible to spread it. - ��DO NOT grease the plate with oil, use the pack of a steel plate or do it directly on the counter top.
