I’d rather see a third park on the Toy Story lot and then have them expand Downtown Disney and add hotels around the current hotels.

The may able to them Ex. Everest to a different mountain in Calif or to a mtn in South America (Encanto?) S. America theme would be 🔥 in my opinion.
