Focus driver is right. A simple google map search shows the A5127 is both lanes. The dash cam video conveniently doesn’t show this as the start.

You can do this, middle lane says M6, which that way is towards the M6, it's a daft layout tho, 2 lanes for straight on when it's one lane exit
