@thecarboholic: A new gelateria + pastry shop named Pamina opened in Greenwich Village, and I can honestly say that their gelato is better than any I’ve had in Italy! All of their products are made fresh on-site using all-natural ingredients. My favorite gelato flavors were the pistachio and nocciola (hazelnut). Also, be sure to grab a slice of their Olive Oil Cake! It’s soft, flavorful, and gave me major L’Artusi vibes.
