you could fill with slurry or an epoxy and sand it out, might even be able to find a close color concrete silicone and fill it

I'd use cold welding, it holds extremely well, but idk if something can be done with color unless y're going to paint it

To fix the crack simply make some wet cement and kept layering it and sanding it till it’s covered up
